Banon RUJID

A practising lawyer in a law firm in France with a PhD in Law, Banon also learned about the Canadian legal system and immigration policies. Eager to expand her knowledge, she studied in Montreal for a year, allowing her to perfect her training and experience the immigration process herself. She has since made regular trips between both countries for work.

Alex GUO

Associate | Director & Consultant

Immigration Consultant certified by the CICC, Immigration Consultant recognized by the Quebec MIFI, Education Consultant recognized by the ICEF and Commissioner for Oaths recognized by the Quebec Ministry of Justice, Alex is duly authorized to represent clients in all institutions and jurisdictions.

Yusrah AUMEER

Me Yusrah Aumeer, completed her L.L.B with Honours at Middlesex University and was awarded a scholarship by the University of the West of England. She is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in London and was called to the Bar of England and Wales. She practised at the Chambers of Gavin Glover, Mohamed Chambers, the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and Dentons and was subsequently call to the Bar in Mauritius. She is an international accredited civil and commercial mediator. Ms Aumeer is the founder of ARC chambers and is a practising Barrister involved in litigation and advisory work.

Joel SANGARE

With a Master’s Degree in Business Law, specializing in Tax Law, his professional background includes experience in French administrations, as well as with various legal practitioners, which gives him an overall view of the legal environment.

As a lawyer registered with the Paris Bar Association, Joel mainly works in immigration law in order to ensure international mobility processes.

Vanesa GARCIA

Partner

With a degree in Law, Vanesa has interdisciplinary professional experience in both immigration law and judicial oversight. She worked in the public sector for 6 years. Vanesa is trilingual: She speaks Spanish, English and French. She has lived and studied in several countries around the world. In addition to her experience, this has allowed her to familiarize herself with the immigration process, which has made her an empathetic and efficient professional. Vanesa in based in Mexico.

Thibault VINCENT-BARRAT

Collaborator

With a degree in Law, Thibault takes care of legal research, among other things. He is responsible for sharing new immigration policies and any other useful information for applicants.
